Hey! Its me Kashmiri Chilli. Proud of: My vibrant red colour. Premium grade, original, pure, natural and sundried Kashmiri chillis are procured directly from the farms of Byadgi in Karnataka. Characterized by their chocolate brown, wrinkled complexion and wide-bodied appearance, these chillies are a staple in everyday Indian cooking, adding a vibrant and bright red colour with less heat. With a heat value (measured in Scoville Heat Units) of ~5,000-9,000 SHU, the chillis possess a mild heat note. Once sourced, the chillis are transported to the factory where they are cleaned and processed. Arguably, the most commonly used spice in daily cooking, this spice is commonly mistaken for Byadgi chilli which is slimmer in appearance and spicier in taste.
